About Cookie.Fund

Cookie fundraising, simplified.

Cookie.Fund is a no-inventory cookie fundraiser for schools, sports teams, bands, clubs, and nonprofits. Your team sells gourmet cookies online, we ship them straight to your supporters, and your team keeps 60% of every cookie sale.

Why we built it

Traditional fundraisers mean order forms, cash envelopes, boxes of product in someone's garage, and a hectic delivery day. We think raising money for your team should be easier than that.

With Cookie.Fund there's:

  • No inventory. You never order, store, or count product.
  • No cash handling. Supporters pay by card at checkout.
  • No delivery day. We ship direct to supporters, or they pick up locally if your fundraiser offers it.

How it works, in short

  1. Apply in 2 minutes. An organizer applies, names the fundraiser, and sets a goal and an end date. Within 24 hours we'll email you to let you know when we can take on your fundraiser and where you are in line. Once approved, you get a 6-digit fundraiser code for your main fundraiser page.
  2. Add your sellers. Create a participant code or link for each seller (14+) and send it to them. Each seller gets their own page under your fundraiser to share with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Their sales are credited to them, so your team can see who's raised the most on the leaderboard.
  3. Watch sales come in. Your dashboard shows every order, every seller, and progress toward your goal in real time.
  4. Get paid. When the fundraiser closes, request a payout. Payouts go out through Stripe within 3 business days after the fundraiser ends.
