Supporters (you bought cookies): include your order number, the name on the order, and the fundraiser or seller you bought from. For a damaged item or wrong order, email us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with a photo and a description of the problem. See our Shipping & Returns policy.

Organizers (you run a fundraiser): include your team / organization name and the email on your organizer account.

Sellers: include your name, your participant code or link, and your team's 6-digit fundraiser code.

Allergy questions: our cookies come from Fontana Cookies. See their ingredients & allergen information, or email us before you order.
