An organizer applies, names the fundraiser, sets a goal and an end date, and gets a join code. Share the code with your sellers and they join from any phone. Coaches, band directors, PTA leads, and club treasurers all run it the same way.

Every participant gets their own page under your fundraiser, so grandparents, neighbors, and coworkers can buy gourmet cookies online and the sale is credited to the right seller. No order forms, no cash envelopes, no door-to-door deliveries.

Watch Sales Come In
Supporters pay by card at checkout and choose shipping or local pickup. We bake, pack, and ship straight to their door. Your dashboard shows every order, every seller, and progress toward your goal in real time.

Set Schedule & Earn Profits
Your team keeps 60% of every cookie sold, and donations count too. When the fundraiser closes, request a payout and the money lands in your bank account through Stripe. Most teams run a two-week campaign and raise $500 to $5,000.

- How much does my team keep?
- Your fundraiser keeps 60% of every cookie sale. Shipping and tax are charged separately and never come out of your share. Direct donations count toward your total as well.
- Do we have to handle inventory or deliveries?
- No. Supporters order online and we ship straight to them, or they can pick up locally if your fundraiser offers it. Sellers never touch product, cash, or checks.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is a flat $9.00 per order. Local pickup is free when your fundraiser offers it.
- How long does a fundraiser run?
- You pick the end date. Most teams run about 14 days, which is long enough to reach friends and family twice without losing momentum.
- Who can run a Cookie.Fund fundraiser?
- Schools, sports teams, marching bands, dance studios, scout troops, church groups, booster clubs, and nonprofits. If you have a team and a goal, you can start a fundraiser.
- How do we get paid?
- Payouts go through Stripe Connect. Your organizer connects a bank account once and requests a payout when the fundraiser ends. Every sale is tracked on a ledger you can review.
